Sydney Airport is an international airport located 8 km south of Sydney city centre, in the suburb of Mascot. Sydney Airport is the busiest airport in Australia and has three terminals: one international terminal (T1) and two domestic terminals (T2 and T3).
Key steps when arriving in Sydney on an international flight
Study NSW opened the International Student Welcome Desk in 2015 to greet international students arriving at Sydney International Airport.
In peak season the desk is open 7 days a week for two shifts, morning and afternoon. For the rest of the year the desk is open Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays in the morning. Peak season dates for 2020: 13 January to 8 March, 4 May to 7 June and 6 July to 13 September.
