NSW is home to over 110 education start-ups, with the highest concentration here in Sydney.
This event will seek to build stronger collaboration between the broader NSW education sector and edtech startups. As educators and administrators, you can play an important role for the edtech sector as you become co-creators of the most innovative education technologies in the world . In turn, the edtech sector offers fresh innovative delivery platforms that will help you become more effective in the classroom.
PitchEd will bring the NSW EdTech ecosystem together. Register to join the audience and:
– tap into the wealth of knowledge and expertise across the industry
– find potential partners to help overcome challenges in your school or department
– network with edtech entrepreneurs and founders who have built these new products
– meet other people changing the education landscape through technology
– keep up-to-date with the latest EdTech innovations
Study NSW and Jobs for NSW open proceedings
9.00am – Doors Open
9.05am – Call to be seated
9.10am – Jobs for NSW to open proceedings, introducing the Sydney Startup Hub and the role it plays in the EdTech ecosystem.
9.20am – EduGrowth introduction from David Linke & David Linke to introduce format for the event
9.30am – Companies pitch – Each company will present a 5min pitch followed by 3 questions selected by the MC.
10.40am – Pitches conclude.
Sydney EduTech Group to make concluding remarks
Networking begins, each company will have a banner and bar table as a stand where people can find them.
11.30am – Event concludes
