Sydney sets a Guinness World Record for the Biggest English Lesson in the World

For the first time in history on Friday 12 February, educational institutions, language colleges, and international students came together at Sydney’s Bondi Beach to set a world record for the largest English lesson delivered simultaneously in one location.

Biggest English Lesson3000 international students from over 50 different countries gathered at the iconic Sydney location on Friday evening to take part in the event. The hour long lesson was led by Australia’s leading English Language Colleges and educational institutes, and was followed by a live band.

This event was truly unique in that students were encouraged to practise their English by the ocean, meet new people, enjoy the sunset at Bondi Beach to the sound of live music and make history in a fun environment.
